LIFE Guards are adults, many of whom are parents of teens, who volunteer to be at LIFE TEEN Mass, so as to welcome the teens, answer any questions they might have, help them find a seat, and sit with them during Mass. A LIFE Guard's role is to be a role model and to show our teens what it means to celebrate the Eucharist: to pray, to sing, and to celebrate!
